Any news regarding clear tinsel?
« on: February 22, 2018, 07:59:48 AM »
Long time no see, it's been a couple years since I've visited the arena. I was wondering, did any new methods of straightening clear tinsel popped up in recent years? I mean besides curling iron/flat iron on low setting (aka Sparkleworks tutorial method)? I've got a bunch of G3s with tinsel recently and their hair is a source of endless frustration. Flat iron/curling iron leaves tinsel curled up from heat all too often (any way to fix that, by the way?) to be a good way of straightening it.
Is a total cheapskate.

I think partly because G4's tinsel tends to be less...wild when brushed and doesn't stretch as easily tinsel isn't being tackled as much. I haven't seen anyone talk about it recently, actually.
