She appeared in Batman the animated series, her episode was so sad it made me cry.

She was an adult in a child's body, check her Wikipedia page.

Perfectly captured this character! The hair really convays it. You will hear this character referred to as Two-Face more here in the states. I wonder if his French name translates more to Double Face?
