I was wondering if there will be a dinner or meetup the Friday night before the fair as there used to be? I'd love to hang out with my pony peeps again <3

Vendor set up will be Friday evening this year, so that might be a factor in Friday plans for some people.

I got my ticket. I am so excited!!!   Will be the first pony fair I have been to in a long time.   Going to be a super long plane ride though since I am coming all the way from from Japan lol A meet up on Friday night sounds fun

My husband and I will be there, and my daughter (who will be around 15 months) will also be popping in at some point, too... but my parents will be watching her during the majority of the first day on Saturday though lol. They are camping nearby.  (And in case whiskerz85 doesn’t pop in soon, she will be there too!!).  Whoo hoo, Pony Time!

Vendor set up is tentatively Friday evening from 6:30-8:30pm. It may shift a bit earlier or later (like start at 6:00 or end at 9:00) as we get the final schedule planned out. I’ll add this to the main thread, as well.

Ticket, plane, hotel, booth check! The friday night set up changes my plans a little, we might come do that so we're not scrambling sat morning. Still will only be selling saturday so come on by! I only see my parents once a year IF I'm that lucky so we are spending fathers day with family.
