PC on Paradise Estate + some ponies

I recently made the decision to start saving up to *hopefully* buy a decent Paradise Estate. I'm not too concerned about missing accessories; I just want all of the rooms with no missing doors and such. I don't know how much that'd typically sell for so a good price range would be extremely helpful. Also, can anyone give me the dimensions of the play set? I want to make sure I have the right amount of space before I actually buy one.

I've also acquired some new ponies in the last few months and I'd like to know their value while I'm taking inventory.

G1 Italian Blue Belle (Large dark stars) - Front portion of mane has been repaired due to a major haircut
G1 Baby Surprise - still mostly white with only slight yellowing, one balloon has slight glitter loss while the other is perfect
Peruvian Firefly- slight symbol rub. Had a ridiculously curly mane (tail was braided) but I lost the curls as I was washing her.
G1 Cloud Dreamer- Near mint with only the slightest damage to her symbols, but only the clear coating.

A couple years ago I think they were $100 for a (near)complete one. $70 is probably the lowest you'll find one witlots of missing accessories. Don't quote me on that, though. I'm ball-parking and out of date.

I am going to sell my almost complete PE (even with box).... the shipping fees will be massive though . I've sold a far from complete set for 100+ Euro. Not sure yet what an almost complete one is worth.
