What on earth are these from? Are they wallpaper like? That is the first thing that came to mind, was wall paper cut outs.

You’re in luck!  I was just going through my collection last night and saw these!  I forgot they even existed. They’re from a coloring and punchout book entitled “My Little Pony and the Birthday Wishes”.   It’s got BnG Bouquet on the cover.   

I have the book, though I haven’t found a new place to host photos since Photobucket went bad. 

No idea how rare it is.

Since the PB fallout I've been using Dropbox....I find it much easier to use than PB.

Those are really cool! I don't think I've seen them before.  As you said I would guess eBay would be the way to go to gauge interest.  Do you have the whole set or are there some missing?

The set is complete, but they’re missing the little strips for standing. They’re supposed to be able to stand.
