PC Argies

It's been a long, long while since I was last here. And to be honest I'm back now because I need to sell some ponies to pull together a deposit on a flat. And boy, browsing this forum doesn't help with that! I remember how much I want certain ponies now. I must be strong. 

I need to brush up IDing a bunch of my nirvanas because I've forgotten exactly what country some of them are from, but in the meantime can I get a PC on some Argies please:

Thank you. I'm so out of touch, but it's very easy to fall back into the habit of browsing the forums and drooling (just a little) over the ponies.

yeah I was going to say average of $50 for the babies and then moonstone in good shape $80-$120, northstar $80-$100 in good shape and then the rock pony in the $60-$80 range for her to have her crimp hair still than over $100... argies can be hard to price as condition I would think is a major factor where you have a $50 to a $200 spread on price sometimes

Has the value of argies gone up the last years? I'm sure they didn't fetch these prices when I was collecting them. Most of mine aren't in perfect condition because I never had masses of money and I didn't mind the TLC cases in my collection - they all deserve to be loved <3 My Rock Pony is off the card though (I'm reluctant to say mint off card as the card was falling apart when I was given her and the elements certainly had access to her) and my Northstar is beautiful. She was my grail and I'm not sure quite how I lucked out to get such a perfect one.

MCM prices for the rock pony, Moonstone and North Star look good to me.

The Argies for the most part have stayed the same, they were quite cheap back in 2003-2006 when there was huge numbers of them on eBay. Some do go for more as they are both HTF and sought after.

There are fluctuations though and I have been finding it harder and harder to PC, especially since the selling venue can affect the price.

They are lovely I'd suggest towards the higher end of my price checks, except for Baby Butterscotch, who I suggest the lower end, due to her missing hair.
