I found the "Nightmare" alicorns on Aliexpress for just $9 so I ordered Nightmare Fluttershy.  (No packaging on this gal, but that keeps the price low.  Although I would've loved that Executive Director of the Universe packaging . . .)

I gotta say, she's a pretty cool toy!  She's made of hard plastic and it feels nice and sturdy.

I found the "Nightmare" alicorns on Aliexpress for just $9 so I ordered Nightmare Fluttershy.  (No packaging on this gal, but that keeps the price low.  Although I would've loved that Executive Director of the Universe packaging . . .)

I gotta say, she's a pretty cool toy!  She's made of hard plastic and it feels nice and sturdy.

It does have a line about how she "became a princess overnight" so I guess it sort of fits?  But I wonder when Fluttershy changed her name to Sofia the First . . .

I have to admit they look kinda cool. Especially AJ with her brown armor. Did Hasbro ever make a Nightmare Moon or Celestia with articulated legs?

Not as far as I can tell!  I was looking at MLP Merch, which is usually quite complete on G4 ponies, but I couldn't find any.

As near as I can tell, they blew up the 'standard' size brushable Celestia / NMM pose and added the articulation and sounds / lights.  Or maybe she is based on the larger talking Nightmare Moon, but the way her wings are attached make me think the smaller NMM is more likely.

I like Applejack too and I also like the contrast of the dark blue armor on Rainbow Dash.

Nightmare AJ doesn't seem to have a symbol? Otherwise cool. I like how the listing says to use the batteries that work with Hexbug instead of an actual battery size.

I think she does have a symbol, but on the other side.  (You can tell by which side the speaker is on.)

I don't think so.... the the GoH statues are the only ones I know of and only their wings move

OMG I read this whole thread tonight and I laughed sooooo hard!!! I love it!

I've been seeing a new kind of alicorn fakie recently and I really dig their wings and poseable legs.  Also they are all in a Nightmare Moon mold so they have helmets.
