Now, I will say these ponies are . . . not the best quality.  Even compared to the previously seen (blue) Concerned Pony set.  I have trouble making the ones with the bent leg stand up.  But on the other hand these are still the only Concerned Pony sets I've been able to find for sale and they're less than $2 each.

There are four sets in all, and they send random sets.

Hmm... I wonder if you were to order four, if you'd get one of each....

I ordered four and I got two of the small pink Repulsed Fakie / large blue Happy Fakie set, one of the Concerned pony set, and one of the small blue Happy Fakie / large yellow Crazy Eyes set.

I didn't get any of the fourth set, which is this one:

That said, I did subsequently order two more sets (to use for giveaways) and I asked the BaseTao people (who order stuff from Taobao for me) to specifically ask the seller to send two Concerned fakie set, and they did.  I recommend sending BaseTao (or whoever) a picture of the set you want if you go that route.  The language barrier was definitely an issue.  They were confused even after I said "the set with the small yellow pony and large purple pony".  But once I sent a photo and said "I want two of THIS set", they got it.

They look great. I'm surprised at how tall the purple one is.

I know, right?  When I ordered these sets I kind of assumed the larger ponies were 'regular' G4 size and the smaller ponies were tiny.  But yeah, they're almost G1 size.  I'll bet they could wear some G1 / G3 ponywear.

Also, the lareg ponies in these sets actually are pretty good (for a fakie) quality.  The small ponies, though, have body made of SUPER cheap squishy plastic.  Their heads are made of higher quality heavier plastic--which is partly why they have trouble standing!  But the large purple Concerned Pony is actually pretty good quality.

I think for these kind people mostly buy them online from sites such as these. I haven't found any fakies like this in the wild myself, but I have found all sorts of other fakies locally in thrift stores. Thrift stores are a great way to find fakies if you're looking for anything, but for Concerned Ponies you're gonna have to search online mostly, such as the link posted here.

I am so grateful for this thread! I've wanted one of those Moschino bags forever but there was no way I was actually going to pay the designer price! I think I might have to try and order a concerned fakie now too, I love how big the recent ones are! It's kind of sad I've been way more interested in knock off products rather than the real thing lately. There's more creativity and variety in fakies now than there are with the mane 6
