Newest additions: Kimono, Haven Bay & Queen Novo :)

So my past week and last few days at work have been somewhat especially awful and horrible, like on a soap-opera level... And sometimes, when I go through times such as these, I have a slight tendency to spend money (it's either that or sit at home and eat ice cream..)..

So besides a recent purchase of several ponies here on the Arena (post w/ pics coming soon), which may or may not also include me preordering a set of Jurassic Park Funkos, I made a few purchases last week on eBay.. G3 Kimono (who I'd wanted, but never owned because I was late to the G3 party by about a year or two.. When I started collecting).. G4 Haven Bay and G4 Queen Novo (plus Spike).. Who are from the gargantuan play set (which I know is on sale in a lot of places, but in a 1-bedroom apartment, I have no place for that).

They're all gorgeous! My daughter used to own Kimono amd she's such a lovely pony. I'm super jealous of your Queen Novo and Haven Bay! Congrats and a because you need one.

ew... Don't I know soap-opera levels. When my husband passed away, things went down that even Hollywood would be jealous of for not coming up with it first.

I hope your life isn't as nuts and that your ponies bring you comfort. It's been very therapeutic for me to pull out my ponies and comb their hair and make them pretty. I really, really hope that you can find the same calm in making ponies pretty.

Congrats on the new additions! I love the seaponies too. Oh! Fun fact from a Japanese language student to cheer you up: kimono is made from the verb “kimasu” -to wear (upper body) and “mono” -thing, object, etc. So the word kimono is literally “thing to wear” funny, huh?
