I will have to check out that Robot Cicken episode.  I don't recall having seen that one!
Ponyfan, I too enjoyed Skeeter and Piggy's rivalry!

Great another freaking reboot to ruin the original.  Skeeter and Scooter were twins weren't they?
Why did they choose to remove Skeeter and keep her brother on there?

It looks like Disney is already started to block Muppet Babies videos on YouTube but I did find this one of Piggy and Skeeter when they were doing Snow White and Piggy kept trying to avoid letting the prince (Kermit) kiss Skeeter.

I have the complete series on DVD. Of course it's a bootleg....

I gave up on MB getting an official DVD release a long time ago. Tracking down who currently own the rights to all those live action clips would be a legal nightmare! They would likely spend more on legal fees and such than they would make off the DVD sales. To Disney, it's just not worth it. If by some miracle it does get an official release, I will buy it.

I found my DVD set at a local convention. I think I paid $30-40 for it. When I bought it my friend that I was with turned to me and asked, "You know it's a bootleg, right?" I assured him that I knew that and explained why we would never see a legal copy.

For the MB's 20th anniversary they released a set of 4 plushies. I think they were Kermit, Piggy, Fozie and Gonzo. I got Fozie. Each plush came with a DVD with ONE episode on it. And each plush came with the exact same episode. So if you bought all 4 plushies, you got 4 copies of the same episode.

It's CGI. Instant fail on Disney's part. Plus the penguin doesn't even look like a muppet. It looks like one of those sparkly eyed, big-headed stuffed toys you see everyplace.
Okay, YES. The penguin doesn't look at all like a muppet! She looks like... a Doc McStuffins character? Or something? Anyway, not a muppet.

Yeah, I don't think I'll be watching this show. Give me the original!

Not having cable anymore kind of stinks. But eh, not like I'm missing anything amazing when something 'new' is set to air.  Disney, stop wasting your efforts on new shows and just release your catalog from 80's through like 1995... We don't care about legalities!

You know, Disney re-releasing the Muppet Babies might not be so impossible. They do own Star Wars, Indianna Jones and DC. Or is it Marvel?

I was just thinking about how there will soon be a Disney version of Netflix, and they should release all of their old shows on the streaming service. That would be so exciting! I want to see the old Aladdin, Little Mermaid, and Timon & Puumba shows again! And... FLUPPY DOGS?! Can you imagine if they gave us access to Fluppy Dogs again?!
