how can i change my status from Ouchy Roids Pony

No matter how active I am on here or how well at doing trades I've been I went from what I was before to Ouchy Roids Pony, I have no idea what to do to fix it but i'm getting upset over that being what type of pony I am under my picture no matter what I do to try and change it, is there a way for a admin or myself to change it because it seems to be stuck
