With Cadence I agree that it would've been better earlier when G4 was stronger/they hadn't mane-6'd it half to death. If they're reasonably priced, they'll likely do well. Not blind-bagging but for the 'mystery figure' is a scheme that works and doesn't make folks rage. These seem like the MH Minis to me but stylistically a worse choice. At least the MH minis looked like human tiny dollies, where as these don't look like tiny ponies. They are cute, and I might look for the Celestia one or something, but I consider them "ponies but done as kittycats" like how some people will do "It's bluebelle but she's a llama now cute!" There's nothing wrong with it, it just isn't a pony.

They are cute, but I am gonna pass on them, they dont appeal to me at all.  Besides the main six are starting to grate on me.

I definitely want the Raritys & Celestia. I'll just have to wait for other folks to buy and inevitably split the sets. For my wallet's sake I hope they dont make too many of these. There's just SO many different lines of G4, I cant keep up!

These are really cute and I like them but I wish they were sold individually instead of in multipacks. What if you only want one character? And multi-packs are more expensive as well.

I was under the assumption that there would be sets of blind bags? Similarly to how Shopkins has both multipacks and blind bags.

I've been super burnt out on the FiM toy line for a while now - the last I have been interested in buying for myself were the pearlescent brushables - but UGH these are pretty cute. I like Rarity and Celestia a lot like this, lol

Not in the US, no. According to MLP Merch, they're at least available in the Philippines now. Don't know if they're anywhere else yet. The US shouldn't get them until fall, according to Hasbro.
