POTD 1/22/2018 Mainsail

I ticked have though in truth I don't have my own. She is a childhood pony of my sister's and one of the few not in storage. We used to make ger and Sand Digger (my childhood pony) abseil out of the window on shoelaces and ribbons toget the hair to change.

I do have her - one of the first ponies I got this year in what must have, to onlookers, seemed a VERY dodgy transaction. I met the lady in Woolworths. Gave her the money for the ponies. And she gave me... and brown paper bag. Anyone looking on must have well, wondered. I know I would have.

Anyway, Back to Mail Sail. She was utterly filthy and her hair is sadly falling out and no longer changes colour in the sun. Otherwise she is in lovely condition.

I had her way in the past but no longer do. Have yet to find one for a good price!

I am sure if you asked Sandi or Mainsail about it, they would use the word 'traumatic' rather than 'cute'. Poor ponies came up close and personal with bricks, wasps and the grape vine. They did go nicely pink though, in the mane department

I have her and her Dollymix counterpart (no photos of her unfortunately) Mine's white streak is a bit ratty, but she's lovely aside from that.

I have Mainsail loose and MOC.  Was never a huge fan of this set, their symbols just struck me as less attractive somehow.  But I think Mainsail is my favourite in the set, she's quite pretty.
