Same pony, same country, different hoof inscriptions ?
« on: January 21, 2018, 11:18:54 AM »
Hi everyone !

Since I had my 2 Peachy in the same room, I wanted to look for any slight difference and there are !
I just want to know why their inscriptions are different.
Also, the Peachy on the right seems to have a significantly lighter color, but she could just be from a different batch and the hue wasn't the same.

What do they eyes looks like?  ^.^

There were MULTIPULE, I repeat *multiple* releases of the Italy ponies with all sorts of variations on hoof stamps, symbols, eyes and so on.

There are two albums in the nirvana gallery donated to the CP ponies (I have tried to note each ponies hoof mark were I have had the information)

http://mlparena.com/archive/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.ShowItem&g2_itemId=228058

and

http://mlparena.com/archive/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.ShowItem&g2_itemId=439616

They are all different in one way or another

I am sorry I cannot narrow it down any futher other than to say both ponies are normal.

Their eyes look the same, I would have noticed otherwise. They do not look airbrushed or anything. (I don't have any airbrushed eyes pony for now. =) )
But thank you very much for your research. Indeed each pony is a little bit unique, I was really surprised when I saw that "big" difference between each other. ^^

Have a nice day ! =D

You may notice the bodies are slightly different shapes, or one is taller than the other and so one. The symbols might be different colours as well :)

So many differences! Often they go unnoticed until you get two or three together.

As well as being sold within Italy, the Italy ponies were made for export to be sold all over continental Europe.

I still have the original Arena document on Italian ponies that was done years ago.
PKW's if you like I can send that do you and you might be able to use it.  I believe I saved in a word document with pictures.

Yes please shelti  I have the South African, Mexican and Princess Variant spotlight. The rest got lost when the old MLParena went kooky.
