EDIT: MANY years ago I asked the same question and got a lot of detailed responses from members who are no longer in the community but it was confirmed 100% ponies like this are fakies.  I didn't care, my porcelain collection is my pride and I have this cutie displayed right up front.

Those hooves and eyes sure make her look like a real one, but I've never seen one like her before. That pose is super adorable, though! Love it!

I was so surprised when I picked her up from the box in -3C starring at her for like five minutes thinking "Is this real? Have I had a MLP porcelain all this time?"
She is adorable, just wished they had made her eyes closed so it looked like she was sleeping.

Maybe you could put a blanket around her so it looks like she is waking up.?
