exchanging/selling nintendo eshop game downloads?

OK so I have a download code for an e-shop game that I already have, got it for Christmas, and gamestop says it cant be exchanged.

Im wondering if anyone knows of a place that I could at least try to sell it? I mentioned it in my sales thread here, but I didn't really expect it to get much attention. I'm not really keen on selling on ebay though.

It just seems like kinda a waste, Since I already have the game, I don't need it twice.

Video game forums, maybe Reddit or something? It looks like selling the codes seems to be frowned upon, but if you offer for a discounted price maybe someone will grab it.

Thats what I'm afraid of x.x I would even hesitate to buy a code myself from anyone but a store. I was half hoping I could find someone here to buy it because I have good feedback and Iv been here so long lol so its highly unlikely that I'd sell someone a dud code and risk my rep. I will definitely be trying to sell it at a discount, I might lower it to $45 now

I wish there was a way to exchange digital games so long as you didnt download them

Are digital downloads region coded? Might be an issue.
