Surprise Twins video?

So my friend and I went down an MLP rabbit hole today and she's really curious to see how the Surprise Twins mommy pony actually works. We couldn't find any videos or gifs of the mechanism. Does anyone know of any? Or can anyone waste some time to satisfy our curiosity? xD

Good question, pity I don't know an answer. I don't remember even a TV commercial for this pony.

The card almost certainly has images on it but I would have to dig it out of my image folder because it's in the attic with my sister's pony stuff.

In any case, the Mummy pony has a yellow heart shaped 'brooch' on her collar which you press and it flips the mechanism to open her belly. The twins then drop (or fire) out. I tend to call her the missile launcher, sometimes it can be a dramatic exit.

There's a sliding door type thing that shuts with the twins inside of her. It's like an internal capsule so the twins can't rattle around her whole body.

You can see there's a little lever thing to one side of the stomach. That's how you push it shut again afterwards and it clicks closed. Let me go see if I can find the backcard in my image folder.

Edit to add  -  I found the backcard image. It has a little in the way of image and instruction but no actual image of the mechanism itself. Still, maybe it helps so here it is. That's as good as I can give since my sister's pony and twins are also in storage

Everytime I see her I snicker. lol Surprise Twins is "Surprise bombs away" to me. With baby torpedoes that shoot out of her belly.
