I would contact ebay. That does not sound fair, as it was the seller's mistake marking the location wrong.

Doesn't that violate Ebay policy? I would definitely contact Ebay about this whole thing. The seller is fully at fault for falsifying information in their listing and not telling you until after the item was shipped. You shouldn't owe them anything at all, period.

No you definitely don't owe them anything. They falsified the listing.

I only had the msg "ok, if you want to cancel order you need to pay 0,35cent to my paypal acount: this is tax paypal don't return me. thanks" The workers decided to make a huge strike on the holidays I´m worried about 2 other packages, since one is from Japan customs and other from Russia. Since the Estimated delivery is Feb 09, 2018 - Feb 19, 2018. Only then I will have more  news.

Finally it arrived and for some reason I didn´t have to pay any customs, so I decided not to open a case against the seller. He should have been honest.

I'm glad it all worked out. But you're absolutely right, they should have been upfront from the start instead of putting false information in the listing.
