Need Help Don't know which doll I should use for this

I want to make Dragon Age characters out of dolls.

I want to start off with The Lady of the Forest from Dragon Age Origins.

Here's what she looks like.

I don't know which doll I should do her from. And I wonder if I could use grounded pastels to change the skin tone.

Barbie size, I'm not using the Barbie head as I've got a spare Rapunzel head.

Don't know how to do the Werewolves, I've got the idea of using Disney Store Beast dolls for the bodies but don't know how to do the face.
