I am planning on bringing Foxfire, but not Lincoln. Grown-up day for Aurora!
I bought Valentines the other day, and I think I am making a little snack bag to include. I can probably convince Foxfire to make mints again, too.

I will happily bring a side dish, will decide what kind when we get closer. Do you need us to bring drinks?

I updated the first post with the drinks, I have plenty water, so that either way isn't a problem.
Am I forgetting anything else?

Looks like everything is nicely under control! For the list of side dishes, do you want each of us to bring one of those? Or is that a list of suggestions?

And now I want tator tot cassarole. Curses.

How much space is there for setting up tables? I have my bigger table, or a normal card table. Is it more space than Ponyqueens? Less? About the same?

For table space I think I can have my table available for somebody to sell on it, and rest is going to have to bring their own. I think roughly we can fit 5 to 7 large tables in the basement, mine included.
By large I mean a table to sit 6 people comfortably to eat, which is what I have in the basement at the moment.
Side dishes are suggestions, more than anything, as long as people posts what they are bringing to avoid duplicates I amino with whatever.
My house is a split lvl, so the basement will be for selling, mid-low level for dice games etc, there is enough space that we can all sit in a circles the carpet, and even a couch. The main lvl has the kitchen, living room and dining room, so we can eat at the table.
If I had stools the counter of the kitchen can work as eating surface too, but I don't have any.

Oooh, exciting! I love split level houses! I will plan to bring my larger table, and id I don't use all of it, I can share.

We just need a good list of who is coming so I can start writing them out!

I want to make a Medley craft, but I'm not sure what kind.

i have an idea for a meledy craft. i'll see what I can do.
I'm in the strong maybe category of being able to go. just want to make sure nothing is going on at church that day.

also what about valentine boxes? I don't know how many people will be able to make it, but that was my favorite thing to do in elementary was to make the valentine's box for the other students to put them in.

Last year we had plain white bags with the option to decorate, but not many people decorated. Do you have any amazing ideas for boxes?
I have some sturdy boxes, plenty for the meet, but they are patterned. Cute patterns, but still patterned. I could get some from work, but I would rather use these free ones.

I could give them a quick white paint job, which could be really neat-looking.

I have 5x5x5 inches white cubes boxes I can provide, they look like mini treasure chests a little, I think they are super easy to decorate and a decent size to contain stuff. I have a lot of them so we should be fine.
I even have white cupcake boxes with a cellophane window on them, those are even cuter, either ones I have plenty. Those last ones i mentioned are also 5x5x5 roughly.
