nead help id'ing weird doll with ice cream body and doll head.

i have re-worded the title just incase someone knows of the body 

hi guys not sure if this is the right place or in the 'toy box'

but i have this very unusual sea wee toy, if it wasn't for the arms i would have thought it was a Frankenstein doll 
iv tried and tried researching this but nothing has come up.
does any body know why she has an ice cream cone instead for a mermaid tale.

I have an almost complete collection of Sea Wees. This looks like Camille, but I've definitely never seen any with ice cream cones instead of tails!

yes the body is molded. i will have to search for my Camille and take a picture of them together.

its just a weird thing to have a doll body in an ice cream. it could have been a pen too.

yeah it was a thought, the arms are shaped so much like sea wees,
i really need to take more pictures, i just need to remember where i put her, shes lost in the abyss of my toy box's   
i think i tried taking her head of and it wouldn't budge

iv looked at her body again and there are no marking other then a tiny H.K. that you can see in the second pic. at the front of her cone.
sorry i really need to find my other sea wees and compere them.
but now im thinking its an old head body swap with another toy now no body recognizes it
shame it would have been a cool rare thing

Could someone have glued a Shimmer/Sea Wees head on one of those ice cream cone ball catch toys where the ball pops in to the air and you try to catch it with the cone?

For some reason when I look at that it looks like someone took the head of a See Wee and put it on the body of something else. I don't believe that ever was a real item in its form you have there.  Just my two cents. I could be wrong, but it doesn't look right.  The head is a different color than that of the arms.  I say a child put two things together. LOL
