G3 mane styling: help!

I don't know how to style G3 hair! Skywishes has the diva pose. I wish I could find a way to style her mane with pens and elastics. Does anybody have an idea?

Use straws instead of pens! they're bendy, so you can tie them down more easily than pens, and they come in quite a variety of thickness. That, or something like foam rollers. I'd stay away from heat, and just water+condition the hair, comb it out, rinse and roll it up. If you're looking for corcscrew curls that is. For a big, soft curl, I like wrapping the hair around the pony's neck or leg instead ^^

I use straws and Bobby pins. Wet the hair, wrap around the straw, and put a Bobby pin on the straw, right before the end of the hair. Then let it dry completely for a couple of days
