Green Grooming Parlour - is this real?
« on: November 30, 2017, 02:16:54 PM »
I've come across a green Grooming Parlour... but I've never seen one before

Is it real or simply a blue/purple that has been discoloured? It seems very evenly green all over, however, the hinges look very blue!

Sorry for the tiny picture but this is the only image I have x

Hi!  :)
Wow that is very green! I'm thinking that it is some serious sun damage as, like you said I haven't seen a green parlour myself. It does look very even, though.
I have a ponyville teapot palace that my friend stored in her conservatory for all it's life and it's completely yellow, apart from the hinges. I had no idea it wasn't meant to look like that until I kept seeing white ones online

It is a discoloured blue one. The hinges are still the original blue (the fastening part) which gives it away, but that is the shade that blue parlours often discolour to I'm afraid :/

Probably a badly yellowed blue. Yellow and blue makes green. ;) Even more likely with the blue-looking hinges. They have not been as exposed to the surrounding conditions (such as sunlight) as the surrounding surfaces, so it's very likely they are showing a color closer to the original.

Yup, definitely sun damage.  I've had a similar looking PP and a Show Stable that was pretty far gone too.

Even though it's just faded, it's really pretty! Like a tree house from a fairytale. :D
