so I was wondering if a CP lemondrop would match up on a posey body since I was thinking argie baby posey needs a momma and, well, that is just how my keep-it-simple customizing mind works these days = swap out a head and put in a tail and  voila!

anybody have that combo in their bait box?  I'm trying to dig around but don't seem to have baits so...

anybody have this combo to try to see if it would work?

any other cool franken-pony combos?

here's another one I have yet to get around to painting so, yeah, she will be a beautiful minty TE...

Haha this is a fun thing to do!

I've had great success making Alicorns, by putting a Moonstone or Moondancer head on a Starshine body

I had made a momma for this rarity (in my shelf world all G4 are babies.  They are just so tiny next to the "originals"... anyhow)

if I was hip this could become the "how to make a minute-custom" on youtube sensation ;-) but I am lucky I get time to post here

and just for the heck of it I swapped a primrose and CC so now miss cotton is just a princess :-)

I love to remake over grungy deflocks by removing all that fuzz so here's what happened to the gusty body... not too sure about this expression but I like the color

so maybe after the holidays we can arrange a really quick "spring clean out the baits" swap like the rehair swaps we've had

I would love to see anyone else's put together creations :-) 'cause yes, I was that kind of girl with her toys = never satisfied with just playing like what I saw on TV

yes I was thinking that was the only buggy part for me as well - the neck seam is thick enough to shape like that :-)

I think Pearl is a great Mum for Rarity, the jewel symbol fits very well. I love Mum Posey too

A Moondancer head looks nice on a CP body as well

oh man yes! The SA's are mismatched :-) I love that = ok now I need to find a moondancer body and starshine head and do my own South African "cousin"... or maybe a starshine head with a glory body :-) my space-theme pony herd is soon to grow = yay

and this is a temp check for sundance... was thinking of doing a rainbow rehair and then got raincurl... now I really like the thought of that pose with a pink/yellow/lavendar rehair unicorn :-)

and this is the solution IMO to all those cotton candy and firefly bait lots = ala tip of the hat to her french version :-)

I wanna make some Frankenponies so much, but I don't have any spare that would work together... If I could buy a local G1 lot that would be fun to try, but specific ponies are too expensive with postage these days.

and I am just laughing at myself that I think of this idea AFTER I go and sell off most of my US herd... 

yeah since I prefer poor color/ baity examples like I was thinking a deflocked fifi might go well with a darkened bowtie or a faded TE sweetpops with bowtie, I agree it would be best to be in person at a swap with tons of G1s (hint hint for a regular traditional fair not hascon... 'nuff said) and yeah... that was kinda the point in a way for my thread here that I will go over and start a trade thread of the baits I have as I don't know if we have that going over here in customs already

yes!  I am trying to have some fun through the holidays  (my other project was a customized plush of my daughter's roblox character but that's not pony-themed)
