Well, I offered you to have them sent the same way as I get mine, we could even share postage on that box as yours are just 1300g and the small parcel option is available up to 2 Kg. Then I'd forward them to you which I could do for no more than 19,50 Euros (US$22.90) tracked and airmail, your ponies even included which you still have here. I calculated and this would make a total of US$ 37.50 for your ponies from Canada
and from Germany, the shared postage taken into account, while of course I would pay shipping for mine from Mexico.
I thought of this because out of experience, they have to arrive tracked in Mexico, but don't necessarily have to be tracked while arriving in Germany. It would sure take a little while (around 4-6 weeks in total for Canada-Germany-Mexico) and would be an additional risk (small but still there). If we wait until january anyway, then the additional time would be of no big consequence either. Would need to see if that really is a good rate and how much you would pay otherwise. In the end, you have to see for yourself what you are most comfortable with.
