#1 neon yellow - Because it stains, and also it just doesn;t look good on anypony. #2 fading pink - Because it fades, so sad to see a pony with white hair when it should be pink. My opinion seems to be the same as many others here!

The neon yellow hair is also not a favourite for me, although I dont mind it on Surprise.
