MLP the movie digital, Blu Ray and DVD release date set

Hi,

I just saw on Facebook that the MLP movie will be released on digital formats Dec 19th, and on Blu Ray/On Demand and hopefully DVD for those like me who still don't have a Blu Ray player on Jan 9th.

My daughter watched it two times and says that she loves it! Said that they took a lot more time in the creating of the ponies vs the show on TV.

I saw that and seems like it's being released pretty quick after being in theaters^^ I remember when movies used to take forever to show up on video.

True - I think they are trying to take advantage of the current interest in time for Christmas / increase toy sales too 
Now that we are in the digital age, home movies are faster to process, so they jump on the bandwagon as fast as they can!

I have a blu-ray, but prefer DVD, so I'll probably wait a little longer. DVDs just look nicer on the shelf!
