MLP or Fakies?

Can someone please tell me if these are MLP or Fakies...

From the first picture only the blue haired sitting one is a fakie. The "rings" are from Mcdonalds ponies like the g4 pinkie pie one. The orange charm on the 2nd picture is g3.

All the ones in the first picture are real ponies except the blue sitting one.    The thin blue pony in the back is G2 Clever Clover (who is a boy pony), the yellow pegasus with jointed legs is G4 Fluttershy, the small ponies with molded manes are G4 Applejack and G4 Pinkie Pie, and the rest are G3 ponies.

You're welcome, but wait, I'm wrong, I identified the wrong pony. 
By looking at the pose, "Wish-I-Might" is more likely to be Strawberry Surprise.
