Pony Fair Questions, lost!

I have been out of the pony loop for the last year.
What I was wondering is that I cant find any info from the last one that was this year?
Was there a pony meet this year?
What was the pony they used for it this year?
Is there going to be one next year?
And does anyone have pictures from the last one?
Is it still called a fair? Or is it something else?

I hope to get some answers cause I am confused?

This year , 2017, there was "HasCon",  which took the place of the usual collectors' Fair, and which, by most accounts, was awesome, but quite different than our collectors' gathering. Summer and crew are working on a pony fair more like those of 2016 and prior, for 2018, independent now of Hasbro (I assume). hth
