You may have luck on factory direct sites/apps such as Wish or Aliexpress, if you just put "pony" or "magical fantasy horse" or "cartoon pony" or any of the other combinations you'd expect. As far as I know, there aren't any officially licensed products, and I got a princess Applejack fakie on wish for under $5.
