POTD 10/11/2017 Parasol

Pass. I know a lot of people love the rainbow sets but, with the exception of some of the unicorns (Starflower, Pinwheel, and Moonstone), I've always found the rainbow ponies bland.

I want her, don't care which version! She's not high on my wishlist but she's really pretty.

3 Parasols living here: 2 from my girlfriend's childhood herd, and one that I bought as part of a bundle of bait ponies. That poor little Parasol was bald, so I rehaired her in colours to match her symbol (I.e. dark blue and dark pink). She looks really pretty. Parasol is one of those ponies that I think of as being a Classic G1 Pony: pink, rainbows, glitter, simple design but very cute.

I have Parasol, and I love her. She's a total classic, even her name is total classic MLP style!

For some reason I'm not too fond of her. I'm not sure why. I think it's her body colour in combination with her symbol; it looks sad to me.

Have her, both the G1 and the 25th anniversary re-issue.  I am passionate about the rainbow ponies!  Their spectacularly colourful manes and tails are such a delightful splash of colour that makes my heart very happy.  Rainbow power!
