Who made the arena banner?

Might be a stupid question, but who made the arena banner? I'm talking about the one at the top of the site that says My Little Pony Arena. I was looking at it and was curious as to who made it since it is wonderful I tried searching here and on Google, sorry if this has been answered or if this is a stupid question! Thank you!
