How am I going to make his necklace

I'm going to dress up as a female version of Dr Facilier and I don't know how to make his necklace

That shouldn't be too hard. You can use clay to mold the shape and then stab the clay to get the holes for the string.

You could even buy plastic tooth/claw shaped beads to use if that might be easier for you. You might be able to find beads at craft stores, eBay, etc or you might be able to find a claw/tooth necklace you could customize somewhere that sells Halloween costumes.

Those should work, if she's okay with using real animal teeth, instead of clay. Michael's should also have the cord in smaller pieces, so you're not stuck with a huge spool after needing only a bit for one project. To keep them from moving, I'd recommend using an epoxy or other adhesive; you should be able to use a toothpick or similar to get the glue right where you want it so it doesn't make a mess - definitely put it on both sides of each tooth, just is case one side comes loose while you're wearing it.

Another alternative (if you are happy using sharp knives, e.g. Stanley, craft knife) is to find a white stick and just sharpen the end for a long time until it tapers like a long tooth. Then drill a hole in the blunt end and thread through a leather thong or thick (tightly braided?) black wool.

Luckily I've found. Teeth necklace, only have to remove the extra teeth and just leave two teeth on it. My Dr. Facilier costume is coming on nicely, got the hat, cane, and necklace on the way from Amazon.uk. Got the trousers, shirt, ribbon for the rim of the hat, and the feather for the hat. Might leave the tailcoat off because I can't get a marron one anyway.

Can't use sharp things, because I once cut myself using my craft knife trying to cut foam so that I could do a wardrobe for my Monster High dolls.
