Styling Fluttershy availability?

I wasn't sure where to post this but can anyone tell me if the big styling fluttershy that is in the sitting pose is still available to buy in stores or on websites? I looked on amazon but they want $35 for her and I remember when she was $14.99.

I haven't seen her in stores. The only one that I've seen is Pinkie pie. Maybe at Toys r us?
