Medium for me please - I can go hot and sometimes it's fun to try some eye-watering things, but like many have stated above, I want to be able to taste the other flavours, too. A little kick is just perfect!

One of my favourite chili experiences to date is habañero & vanilla ice cream at a local Mexican restaurant. It was so weird because it tasted just like regular vanilla ice cream but with a sharp kick! They served it with some sweet sauce, mango or something, I think, that evened it out a little bit. Such a fun dessert!

Interesting because I have seen strawberries served with chilli - but have not been brave enough to try it yet (sugar + cream + strawberries = the holy trinity!!)

Sounds delicious!

Most spicy things I can't handle at all! I like my Thai curry mild, as well as my salsa on my nachos. I won't even touch Indian food - I'm too afraid!

I like it crazy. My friends always told me how they get burning feeling inside their stomach every time they eat spicy KFC chicken wings. I didn't have this feeling for my whole life before I put three full chili peppers inside of a bowl of vegetable stew. It was great! A few hours later... Not so much xP
But I used to eat a lot of spoiled and rotten food when I was a kid, even fresh meat, eggs and potatoes sometimes. So I guess I just have high tolerance for any food.

I used to not be much of a spicy person, but once I got pregnant with my son I craved all things spicy. And 3+years later I still like it. Lol

I don't mind a little spicy. :) There are times where I'm even daring and go beyond mild! :p But usually my limit is mild.

Hot, hot, hot! I like a good kick. I put cayenne in a lot of meals. Surprisingly enjoy the burning sensation after consuming.

Like SourdoughStomper, I went on the autoimmune paleo diet (for Hashimoto's) and now I'm mostly on a paleo diet. So no tomatoes/spicy peppers for me, but I LOVE spicy Mexican food and I miss it! I would probably answer with "mild" to "medium".

Medium as well. If I spend the whole down downing water then I won't have room for the food! XD!

I love medium-spicy food! I think I developed a taste for it since everyone in my family has issues with acid reflux/don't like spicy food, so it was new and exciting to me. I try to avoid stuff that's spicy to the point where it doesn't have a flavor anymore.

Buffalo sauce is the perfect spiciness to me, and even though it messes with my reflux it tastes soo good. We've got mozzarella balls with buffalo sauce at my work that are excellent, and whenever buffalo chowder is out it gets scooped up quite fast!
Anything above that though...no.

To be honest, I'm embarrassed to admit, I really don't know. My experience with spices is incredibly limited.

I can say I like a little spice in my pizza sauce. If the sauce is so plain it tastes like ketchup I will stop eating it because that's gross. I assume what I usually eat is very mild because I only feel a slight burning sensation in my mouth but not anywhere beyond.

Understand, my understanding of what is spicy and what is not is a bit dicey...
