I like some spice in some food, I voted medium as it's the kind of salsa we buy. We usually get some chili cheese to eat with our fries whenever we have fastfood.

Between Medium and hot. I like it to be spicy but I also want to be able to eat and enjoy the food.
I do want to try a ghost pepper at sime point though.

I can take spicy food occasionally, though I need to be able to taste other things in it as well as the spice!

Looooove spicy food. The best salsa I ever had was ghost chili mango salsa. It made my nose run, and was absolutely delicious.

Medium for me please - I can go hot and sometimes it's fun to try some eye-watering things, but like many have stated above, I want to be able to taste the other flavours, too. A little kick is just perfect!

One of my favourite chili experiences to date is habañero & vanilla ice cream at a local Mexican restaurant. It was so weird because it tasted just like regular vanilla ice cream but with a sharp kick! They served it with some sweet sauce, mango or something, I think, that evened it out a little bit. Such a fun dessert!

Interesting because I have seen strawberries served with chilli - but have not been brave enough to try it yet (sugar + cream + strawberries = the holy trinity!!)

Extra hot please. I love spicy foods, basically if it comes in a "hot" option I'll eat it. Though I love it when the heat doesn't cancel out the flavor. Hot sauce is a legit condiment at my house. Those hot sauce flavored Doritos are my favorite, chili lime Lays are my favorite Lays, green Tabasco sauce please, pepper jack cheeses thanks.

Spice/hot in large doses can set off my asthma so I have to be careful. Which nixes eating anything with a ghost pepper. That makes me sad. And I can't quench the burn with a glass of milk. I'm deathly allergic to cows milk. Guess I have to keep almond milk handy. :enraged:

Medium I like to try hot things but when it hurts so much and my eyes water and I am coughing then it's not enjoyable. :P

I can barely stand mild, not because I don't like the heat but because my IBS makes the end result soooooo not worth it. It doesn't even have to be a hot dish, if it has certain spices I'll be in quite the bit of discomfort - sometimes not even an hour later... I used to love butter chicken curry in particular, but alas I can no longer enjoy it like I used to.

I go medium to hot. If it relates to fish(like in a poke bowl), I really like to savor it and make it last, so I go mild sauces there. But for stuff like wings, I always go hot. If it doesn't burn and make my nose run, I don't want it. :P Mainly because I can barely say that I "like" chicken. It has to be drowned out in something else for me to truly say that I enjoy it.

As for spicy snacks...some chips I've really enjoyed lately have been Calbee Hot & Spicy flavor, Kettle brand's Pepperoncini flavor, and Popcorners' Sweet Heat Chilli. Though that last one is pretty mild and more sweet. I also tend to add chilli flakes into my pasta or ramen meals or anything like that. Or I just buy the hot flavors.

I don't do spicy food, I don't like it at all. I can't enjoy the taste if all I taste is heat! >_< I can take a little hotness, but if I have a choice, I'll leave it out. I like sweet food. ^.^

It's medium for me too :)  I love some taste as well as some heat. If it's too hot then you cant always taste the rest of the flavours

I really don't enjoy the sensation of having my mouth and lips on fire, so would never purposely put myself in that position. So we have managed to reach an understanding with the local curry place: they make me butter chicken without any spicy burny things in it at all and we are all happiness. It took a lot of time and eloquence, but we got it right in the end.

I never liked much spice- until I discovered Indian food!  There are some amazing places in San Francisco that make the most ridiculously delicious Indian food-  but it is VERY HOT!  My room-mate at the time showed me though that you could make it edible by pouring "raita" on it (yogurt-cucumber thing) -   I slowly built up a tolerance because the food was just sooooooooooo tasty I couldn't stop!
