Peachy Hoof Stamps

Forgive me - I know I have seen a thread about this in the past, but the search function on this site truly hates me, lol...

I know there's been discussion before re Peachy (and Lemondrop, I think) over their hooves and how many stamps there are etc. I was just wondering if anyone could refresh me on this? What's the deal with the hoof stamps, again, please?

I have two Peachys at the moment, one with two hooves stamped ('made in HK' on one hoof and '82 hasbro pat pend' on the other), and the other Peachy has these things split over all four hooves (so, Hoof 1. 82 Hasbro; Hoof 2. Pat Pend; Hoof 3. Made in; Hoof 4. Hong Kong...).

Is one a parlour release and the other some other issue? Was it just a second release thing? If I recall it's nothing terribly special or rare, but I'd be curious to update myself on the when, whos and hows!
