Problem with Yet Another Seller (Update 8/24)

Well it's been 2 days now since I reiterated my refund request. The seller listed new items for sale earlier today, but has yet to resolve this matter. So at this point I'm going to ask Ebay to step in.

Looking at her listings, she'd also added new listings on 8/14, 8/23, & 8/24. At first, I thought maybe these were just automatic  relistings of prior items, but no her quantity of items for sale has been increasing. As my first refund request was on 8/10, I'm not sure what the holdup is.

That's okay. It was just a supplement for my dog, so definitely easy to get from a different seller. Thank you so much for all your guidance with this.
