I have been meaning to join these for the last few rounds, so months! We are doing a wellness challenge at work right now and I admit that I have not been doing too well. Half the time I don't know which week we are on and what we should be doing until about half way through the next week. Me and a coworker were a week behind for some reason.What are you goals to reach in 3 months?(you can choose how many goals you want)1. Drink 64 oz of water every day 2. Get an activity in at least 5 days a week-walk, bike ride 3. At least 2500 steps if not more4. Track my meals on my Fitbit app5. Do my PT exercises twice a day for the first set, and once every hour for the 2nd set6. Do one productive activity (need to make a list) each week if not moreThese are quite a few and I don't know if I will succeed but these are things that I have had in the back of my mind but not really achieving them. Hopefully, this holds me accountable.
Artemesia, welcome back. Sorry about the break up:( you have some great goals many of us should be thinking about too:) I am not a smoker, but I do have binge eating habits. I drink water in hopes to trick myself that I am thirsty not hungry. We can get through this together.
