No worries on the novel...i do it too:) as for exercise I have a max trainer bow flex, walk, I also do a sequence of simple items. So 30sec plank, 10 reps of different style of crunches, run in place, ECT. Most of this is in front of a tv, as i get board and helps me work out for 30 min, same amount as a tv show:)GOOD LUCK towards pregnancy:) I am in your boat too. It's why I want to keep myself moving, as they say it helps a growing healthy baby:) you can do it. I tend to have a g4 pony with me, so I can play with its hair when I feel my anxiety is unmanageable .I also have a planner. I write down what I want to do in a day and cross off the task I finish at the end of the day:) I am not awesome at it, but helps most days:)
