Omigosh I'm totally getting this.

How come so many pony books show up at the bottom of the european Amazon listing that never come up from my US amazon searches?  hm, maybe I've ruined my search preferences somehow.

Wow two adult coloring books! I haven't seen either so far.

I was expecting more...adult-ness, though? Usually adult coloring books have tons of tiny little details. I did see a few busy pages but some of them were pretty plain, looked like a regular coloring book to me. The choice to make a double line around the ponies so you can color the 'outline' of them seems kinda random...

From what I saw the 2nd coloring book doesn't get released until the 29th. I have the first one which I love!
This movie one looks pretty cool.

Yeah I don't think they are officially marketed as "adult", they are just in the same style as adult coloring books. As I have children, I can tell you that they are far more detailed than a children's coloring book, lol. But I think these are somewhere in the middle so they can appeal to both kids and adult collectors. My 10 year old likes coloring adult coloring books but a younger child wouldn't be able to color nicely in this.

Good point, Shy Violet! Maybe that's why I couldn't find them in the adult coloring book section, as well. They might have been grouped somewhere else since they don't really fit either category.
