This quest style is possibly the worst I’ve seen. What was wrong with the sombra style battle?

I hate that when you’re upgrading with the sapphires you don’t even always get a level boost. Sometimes it’s like a minute of waiting time less for a bolt or 1 extra bolt. Like... I’d rather just use those to level up my pony. At least let me choose what I’m spending them on.

I'm also not a fan of this style. At least with the Sombra style you could keep collecting coins/jewels until your bag was full. I don't like waiting for more magic bolts.

I find it a whole lot less frustrating than the Deer event, that was the worst  I just really wish the Lunaverse Rarity and Rainbow Dash were earnable!

If you find a rainbow it gives you extra coins and sometimes extra sapphires.

I haven't experienced the Sombra event, so I don't know how much better that was, but I agree the deer event was awful. So far you can attack every couple minutes (I'm down to five) and you can earn extra energy in rainbows. With the deer you had to wait two hours per click. So many people complained about it that apparently anyone who sent an email/message to GameLoft got 100 gems.

Bramble was achievable, but getting Aspen was impossible unless you wanted to pay for the helpers. And what was up with the community part? With the Molt Down event you could still get scales during any task or quest performed. For the deer event you could only get ales through tasks. And unless you wanted to spend all that money on helpers, all you had were Cheerilee and Braeburn, and they'd get you NOWHERE.

I dislike all the battle styles recently. The task style is my favorite style because you can use gems to get the prizes if you so choose.

I got the Nightmare! I think this style is a lot easier if you aren't working, no coincidence that it was released on the weekend, I think.
After SO many skips and spending SO many Gems, in less than 3 hours I will finally have Princess Luna  Took FAR FAR FAR too long to get her but finally!!

Popping the swollen lumps of grass for sapphires/bits feels like popping zits, oddly

I won the Nightmare too. It was annoying but it was a do-able event. Also, the ‘leftover’ sapphires became gems. I got 5 gems for 10931 sapphires.

The event had gems, the reflection pool, and the Nightmare as rewards.

Trying for the hotel pony now, dancing rodeo clown pony.

I gave up on the event it was boring. I’m trying to get the hotel pony too. I wonder what the mystery pony is, looks like I’m getting another iTunes card just to see.

As far as I know, the mystery pony is a random character that you don't have.

Did anyome get the 3 music note tokens for clown pony?

I did, but on my old game I almost didn’t get the last note. On my new game I got the notes easily. I don’t think I’ll get enough baseballs on my new game for the other pony though.

I just made it! I got the last token on my last run before the clock ran out but that was really tough!

I only got 1 note. Had all 3 ponies AND I set my alarm for every 5 hours. I even skipped a few times with gems. No luck. I finally just paid the 80 gems to buy it. Im annoyed.

I also got the notes and completed the set with buying the last pony.
I thought there was another limited story coming up?
