I tried that once, when my game reset itself to the battle with Tirek (I lost all the ponies I spent gems on). I list Shining Armour.  :mad:

They said they couldn't do anything. Tried restoring my purchases, like they said to do, nothing happened.

Oh  :( That's not really 'customer care-ish' then. I had a more positive reply and got a pony I would have missed otherwise. But you can also try [email protected]?

What are the helper ponies for windigos?

I did end up paying 22 gems to skip half a timer and win Rockhoof. But theres no way to won the Windigos without a helper pony or 23 gem skips. And BTW, math says with 3 days left in the event total I cannot even win the Windigo trap basic prize. Thanks GL.

Congrats Ponytails on winning Rockhoof. I am so far behind now I doubt I'll have time to finish the 2nd round now.

Zapper, I would try contact Gameloft Customer Care through the game. If you don't get a response in a few days or don't get a sasfactory response. When my game crashed and wouldn't open it took about 2 weeks to get Gameloft to send me my save file to restore the game after many emails and unhelpful responses. I've found posting on their Facebook page and poliety explaning to them what you what sometimes works.

Windigo helper ponies are

Round 1 Maude and Limestone Pie filly

Round 2 Ancient Villiger pony (from the Hotel) and Might Helm Guardspony

Round 3 Flash Magnus and Commander Ironhoof


If you use the code Winter you get a gingerbread house.

I don't want to sign up at their forums if I can avoid it.

Open the game, go to “Settings” then “Customer Care” and follow the prompts to file a complaint. Expect at least a week before you hear back from them. Once you get a ticket number, you can call them at 1-800-910-3186. It may make things faster, or make them worse. I did that when I was unfairly banned, and things got worse before they admited they screwed up amd fixed it (too late for BOTH mega events around Halloween, and with no ‘recompense’ for their mistake, not even a real apology).

Dont do it. Its not worth it. Go to the Crystal Empire (usually it has the most open space so easy to find her) and start looking for pony in a box. You get a gem for finding her (about 70% of the time). Find her, tap, exit game, reopen, and repeat. This my go to for those few extra needed gems.

At least I got Rockhoof and should get the photographer pony.

I had enough gems saved to FINALLY get Celestia, then I got the gem bonus for completing the princess set which made her cost even less!

Question, what is Winsome Schoolponys task?  It involves a building but I cant figure out which one!!

My community event messed up!  I was collecting hourglasses and was on track to get the 1st place prize by the time the thing ended, but yesterday it glitched and started the first community event again!  I'm collecting the star maps.  I contacted CS and they said that I have the correct ponies and this is the correct task.  It isn't! I bought the stupid yak thing to make sure I collected enough tokens for the windigo trap prize and now I've lost 2 days going back and forth with Gameloft about why it's messed up!

I spent all my gems trying to finish the 2nd battle, but I failed,I slept on the last portion  and missed on it :(
round 3 is impossible ,I have neither pony ,oh well, I guess is just trying to get the pony of the community section now.
but even that one looks like is not going to happen . I wish I had known about the sale of ponies ,I wanted Celestia  :cry: :cry: :cry:
guess there is next Xmas  :pout:

the game sucks now , they are pushing too hard on you to spend real money   >_< >_<
