So far for black friday sales, for everything I want there are at least 50 gems needed. And no events where to win lots of gems to save. It would have been nice if ponies were 10-20 gems.

Finally got Tempest, cost me £15.99 for the bundle.

I was hoping for a good gem deal on Tempest but she’s in a bundle for $15.99 I thought there’d be more 10-20 gem ponies too.

Have to admit, ever since I was unfairly banned and couldn't play for a week and missed 2 huge events, I just cant get my interest back for the game. Im logging in daily to get my gems and lucky coins and exp from shops but Im not playing with the ponies. I just feel so burned out and sad.

Anypony else ever go through a period like this?

New update. LOTS of changes...!!!

I got the update but the only new quest I have is unlocking Hippogriff Landing. Nothing about Heart’s Warming Eve or Pharnyx. I like the Star Rewards and the fact that the shops can make stuff without ponies, but I can’t seem to change what they make anymore.

I always liked that the ponies worked in the shops.
It made the game more enjoyable. I liked upping the star count to be able to produce more expensive goods. It was also a little more challenging to move ponies around so those with more stars could make themselves useful while the newbies did the easy jobs.
It gave the game the feeling of a village builder.

Now it's just super expensive games to get stars for rewards. Seriously, I hope the insane prices are not here to stay. I accidentally spent 2 x 65000 on two  ponies that almost had 5 stars.

I agree zapper. I liked the old system better. Not only did it give a nice feel, but was more challenging. Having to move ponies around to produce goods felt like a good thing. Like you were in charge.

Ooh, new update? I guess I'll have to pick up this game after 2+ weeks of not playing. :x I got addicted to Animal Crossing!

Lots of updates today.  One of which is Discord’s pumpkin shop, that I bought a month or so ago for $19.99 REAL dollars which gives 2 gems every 6 hours....well now it cranks out 2 gems every 18 hours.  Um.....  no.  Either out my shop back the way I paid for it, or refund me my money.

Please accept a sincere apology for such inconveniences.

Our development team has informed us that there was indeed an issue with the production timers for the shops that generate gems.

After the recent update, the timers were changed and the shops are now producing the amount of gems they were supposed to initially.

We understand that this change may seem unfair to you and we assure you that your comments will be taken into consideration.

We hope that you continue enjoying the game and we look forward to hear from you if there’s anything else we can help you with.

So...my response...

Thank you for getting back with me,   I would like to request a refund for the amount that I paid - $19.99. You may reduce my amount of gems that I have in my current account (close to around 200) to make up for what I have collected during the time since having the shop operable.  I purchased the shop, knowing that it produced 2 gems per 6 hours thinking it was a good value.  Switching it on me after I paid was dishonest and I would like a refund since I am not able to get the product I paid for.  Just because I purchased a Downloadable content doesn’t mean you are entitled to switch my item after I have paid for it. 

Please return my money and remove roughly 100 gems from my game.

Busy with the new updates
Because I had gathered over 500 stars through time I got most of the rewards including Apple Leaves.
The Klugetown quests take some time too but thats no rush comparing to the limited story where I have to wait 20 hours to go further.
