BTW DO NOT clear away the purple ooze in Klugetown.  You need to do it as part of the event. 15 hours...

I had a little catching up to do since I can't play at work but I am now on the remove the purple ooze quest in Klugetown. I'm skipping the dialog as much as possible so it won't spoil the movie for me.

Don't skip too far ahead, there is a 2 day wait fairly early.

I remembered from every other new town update there are clearing land or removing obstacles (trees, stumps, black ooze, crystals, rocks, etc) tasks so I did not clear ANYTHING in Klugetown. And I bought anything that needed bits. Just in case there was a wait time on building it and it was a task.

Of course theres an early wait time. Mustn't give anyone an actual chance to have extra time to complete time limited tasks!!

I already have Cheese Sandwich. I wonder if I will win gems for that prize??

So... did ANYONE manage to win Quibble Pants with just one day left in the event? It seemed impossible with this shortened amount of time to complete 40 tasks! I finished maybe 4.

No Quibble Pants for me either, but I think it was mathematically possible without Wild Fan, but just barely.

I'm making an assumption here since I don't know when the quest actually unlocked, but 24 hours sounds about right. With Minuette dropping 1 rope per hour, and Henchpony dropping 2 per hour and a half, that's 5 ropes every 3 hours. 8 three hour cycles multiplied by 5 ropes per cycle is 40 ropes in 24 hours, assuming ropes actually drop every time. Which didn't happen. At least I got the 25 gem community prize.

To get the first character prize (Toothy Kludgetowner) you need 20 dusty maps. Pinkie, Capper, and Louise are the characters who get those. Of course it takes Pinkie 2.5 hours and Capper 5 hours....so this will take about 2 days...(Im not paying for Louise!)

I emailed GameLoft asking them how to go about transferring my data from my old phone to my new one (LG G2 to LG V30 yesterday, haven't heard back yet... when should I expect a response?

I'm not buying Louise either and am also on the Dusty Maps quest.

It can take a long time for Gameloft to respond to their game tickets. Are both your phones the same platform?

They responded with an automated response and just told me about their support site (where I found their email in the first place!) in nineteen different languages.

When I had to have them send me my progress file because the game crashed after the update, it took several emails for them to understand what the issue was. Customer Service kept telling me to just log in to my Google Plus account or something like that to get my file restored. They finally got my game back for me. Sometimes posting on their Facebook page helps.

I have just got to wait two days till the first community event ends so that I can do the next part of the quest. Was up the top on the community event quest but down to 1006. I want to get the 20 gems.

Late to the party here....how much time did they give you for the quest? Just loaded the update and have 11 days.  Anything I will need to buy to get a jump on things?  *feeling behind*
