I finally got Trixie and Chip Cutter up to 3 stars. I won pirate Rainbow Dash and have everything for Pirate Pinkie except the feathers. I only have Jet Set to work on feathers. I spent all my gems winning Capper and then bought Jet Set and spent about 10 gems to win Pirate Rainbow. I don’t think I’ll have enough time to get Filthy Rich even for 25 gems.

I called GL Customer Support. Spoke to a representative who told me he would look into the ban and email me within the hour. Shockingly, he did!

Ban upheld, and extended to 14 days. No Halloween rewards, or Storm King rewards, for me.  And theres no actual proof or explanation. 

That's really crappy customer service, though I'm not surprised with it being gameloft. Their Disney game should be able to backup on facebook but it doesn't I probably won't start that one over if something happens to that game. I'm already on my third time starting over on ponies which is why I've never put money into it. I'd trust farmville over gameloft anyday!

I had to skip the clean up quest ,as there was no more stuff to clean up ,I even fat fingered one of those huge green trash things by mistake uggghhh  it was a lot of gems  ,then 10 more gems to skip that task, I skipped something else that was not found either , the laying more road , there was nothing to lay more road with .... ,anyway, got Pirate Dash and Pirate Pinkie , waiting on the little filly to be raised up to 3 stars so i can continue with the event tasks , I got  "had " also by the change they made in Equestria girls game , the 3rd option is now 5 gems ,I kept falling for it, memory did not want to update to the change, kept choosing the 3rd one uggghh ,who knows how many gems I  wasted there too.
the game keeps freezing in different screens , is that happening to anyone else ??

I now have “there’s a new update, please update your game”.  But when I go to the App Store... nada. O.o sigh....always trouble.  Seems like this newer version was a serious bomb.

Jet Set is not giving me a lot of feathers for pirate Pinkie. I only have 8/30 fireworks so far. I had to leave  the Klugetown quests for a while to build up gems and bits. I can’t belive that the  pumpkins cost over 6,000 bits each.

Cloud Weaver did the icon change in your App Store? Sometimes the icon changes and then the update shows up a few hours later.

I got the update on my game, but the glitches continue , going to update my iphone ios again, I think I have an update pending
i'm almost to the next pony quest
I now have green stuff to clean, but will wait until all the tasks are done, they might be needed later .

I’m not going to get the firework pony or finish the Storm King event. I think  naming one of the chapters “Do you hear the ponies sing?” Was a neat idea. My game doesn’t have Tempest to buy yet. How many gems does she cost?

For the past day or so I can’t watch any videos. I updated my iPad yesterday. Anyone else have this problem?

Edit: I can sometimes play videos. They worked for me just now.

I MAY finish the fireworks challenge, but it is ridiculous!  I’ve been on it for two days and am only half done, with another two days left. >.<

The tempest pony is 450 gems, or in a bundle for $8.99

I have 20/30 Fireworks and 8/25 feathers for Pirate Pinkie. I got enough gems to get Filthy Rich on sale but I don't think I will be able to get enough feathers. Jet Set has skipped giving me feathers many times.

Wow 450 gems for Tempest.       It will take me a long time to get that many.

I think I have to give up on the story event, I didn't play much the past days. Hopefully I will get the surrealist pony.
I also played the klugetown quests as far it went. There are still areas that need to be unlocked but are not open yet.

Im BA-ACK!!!  After a week, multiple emails, multiple phone calls...GL sent me an email apologizing for their error and unbanning me after 7 days. Im still at the spot I left off with Chipcutter. So no chance of ANYTHING including that pony. Missed all the Nightmare Night promos too.
 
I have decided to respond with a polite “thank you for correcting the error, Im so excitef to play the game again however I missed out on the chance for the following.....”. And see what happens.

Ponytails, when I had an event reset spontaneously and GL was unable to restore my progress in time for me to complete it, I asked if they'd send me the prize I was on track for winning (a shop, I believe) and they did!  And I think some gems to apologize for the delay.  In my experience GL CS is great, GL as a company is greedy and difficult.
