MLP Movie site up!

My husband is the creative director of an online media company that specializes in websites and online marketing for movies.  He's been working on the MLP Movie website for months, and it's finally gone live:

He designed the whole thing.  I think it's awesome, I hope everybody else does too:) 

It's a big site, so there is some loading involved.

Dude, I LOVE that the husband of a MLP collector was the one to design the website!  What a great little "it's a small world" connection to the community!

He really pushed hard to get that site because of me:p  Poor guy, ponies at work, ponies at home.  He just couldn't escape those ponies! 

I thought it turned out really well.  The entire "pie slices" idea was all his, and he did the all the mock-ups for each page himself.  His development team built out the website, but it was a heck of a lot of work for everyone involved.  Lots of late nights!

He may have had a bit of help from a certain pony collector on a fun little online thing for the movie that's still not finished, but I'm not going to say anything about that.

Beautiful site!
I love how you get the mlp "progress bar" rainbow when waiting for a page to load!
It's little touches like that, that make the site bespoke and "totally pony"!

It looks really nice.  One thing I noticed is that in the Posters section, they have a full size image of the SDCC Poster.

The site looks great!  I had to wait to look at it on my pc, though, cause it is way too much for my ipad to handle. (my ipad is a few years old and it just can't handle dense sites like that.)

I have to say that I like the background music.  It makes me excited for the experience of seeing it in theaters even though I'm entirely spoiled about the plot.
