My cousin gave me her childhood ponies!

I got married back in May and just before I got a text message from my Aunt asking if I would be interested in my cousins old "my baby ponies." I tried to reply with a very composed "yes! Yes I do!" I wasn't sure at all what I'd be getting and if they were going to be real MLP or fakies or whatever. I was very excited though and when my Aunt showed up for the wedding with a shoebox I was asked if I wanted it then or after... I took the box to our wedding night hotel!

My cousin was a very careful and organized child. Besides a bit of surface grubbiness these babies are in amazing condition with nearly all accessories! I couldn't believe my luck! I matched accessories the best I could but if anyone could correct mistakes that'd be great.

I thought maybe this unopened ribbon belongs to her but the a mint on card image of baby sea sparkle sea pony Dipper has ribbon that looks lighter yellow.

I have a newborn baby Yo-Yo already but this one has pinker more curly hair. I think she is my most favorite baby of all. Lookit those teeny wittle wings!

Lucky you!  That Yoyo still has gorgeous hair!  And I adore your Dipper. I grew up with her.   :lovey:  How nice of your cousin!  Congrats on your new ponies!  :frolic:

Your ponies are gorgeous! I love Baby yo-yo's little wings, and Dipper's very cute too. 
I recently found I had a cousin I didn't know about who's a couple of years older than me, so maybe she's got some childhood ponies I could have? Haha, I could hope!  :)

They are so precious, I think that playpen on the right side might be Fisher Price. It would be marked though.  The dark aqua one.  I just love Dipper, she is one I really like and don't have.  Congrats on having such a pretty sea pony too.

Yes, it should be a vintage FP Little People playpen. The purple playpen goes to Baby Cotton Candy.

OMG, I am so envious :) :) :)  I love how you 'tried to be very composed' when asked if you would like your cousins old ponies.  I bet you were so eager to see if they were genuine - and who was in the lot!  LOL.  I am a sucker for accessories so I just LOVE what you got.  Major congrats :frolic:

PS:  When ID'ing accessories I always use MLP Wiki   http://www.mylittlewiki.org/wiki/G1_Pony_Accessories   Practically everything you could ever need is listed on the site :)

Oh wow! They are all in such great condition and awesome to get all those accessories. That must have been super exciting. My Aunt said she'll see if she has any of my cousins ponies left but I'm not holding my breath. Huge congrats!

Thanks guys! I always think I'm so unlucky and wish I could just randomly find a super rare pony. It feels good to be lucky now. I love the baby sea ponies and I getting one in such nice condition with her float is just an awesome thing.

My extended family all knows I'm a crazy pony lady but I do like to attempt at keeping up a sane appearance haha
