That looks truly amazing... I think I would have gone absolutely nuts.

What surprises me is that we so very rarely find this Disney stuff secondhand in thrift stores!

No problem!  Here are some pics.  A couple are watermarked but you can still get the idea ;)

Here is Sweetberry dressed as Minnie outside of the toy store :)  Sweetberry was not sold at Disney World, but her outfit was part of Build-A-Pony.

The Build-A-Pony room was so magical!  Each "chute" had different accessories you could choose from to fill up your box.

This was the box to fill with ponies and accessories.

And the 4 ponies.  These were not boxed but were loose so you can pick the ones you wanted.

The Disney ponies have a sequence of numbers under their feet that the regular release ponies do not have.

A close up of some accessories.  While many accessories were unique, as Baby Sugarberry said some accessories were re-used from other store-bought sets.  A few of these accessories had Disney logos on them.

And these are the 4 boxed ponies that were also sold at Disney.  They were not part of the Build-A-Pony station, but they could be bought separately.

Yeah, I was lucky enough to go once and I didn't even bother putting a pony in the box, just filled it to the brim with accessories. It's amazing how many you can squash in there. :P

I am glad everyone enjoyed the pics and thanks to everyone else who also shared bits of info about the Disney ponies :)  And yes, it was a flat cost to fill the box (US $18.95) and if you packed it just right, you could fit all 4 ponies plus all/nearly all accessories in it.

Wow! I'd heard about Build a Pony and saw the ponies dressed up in the Disney princess outfits one time at the Disney store but I don't think I saw pictures of the box and build a pony station before. I would have loved to done this.

Disney likes to go big!  Pony accessory buffet, yaay!

If they did this again I'd spend extra time folding everything down to super-stuff the box...

Now I have to check the bottoms of all my G3 hooves to see if I have any Disney ones.  I feel like I've seen such a number under one of them somewhere.

I almost think I've seen the numbers before too... of course I have so many G3s packed away I have no idea who all I even have.  :P It's so easy to amass hundreds of them...

I absolutely loved this and was lucky enough to do it in 2007. I think I was able to get almost all the accessories in the box, plus a pony. They were lenient with the boxes too - if it closed in any kind of way, you were good with how stuffed it was.

I wish I had had one more chance to do it again. I only got the white pony and would have loved to get the others, the boxed ponies and double up on accessories.

Once Upon a Toy has changed a lot since then. Used to be one of my favorite stores, and now the back portion is a Bibbidy Boppity Boutique. They also cut down their DVDs and Books which were always fun to look at.
