POTD 7/19/2017 Butterscotch

I have a couple of concave-foot Butterscotches, and also an Argentinian Butterscotch with pretty yellow hair. I have a bit of a soft spot for the early CP ponies, there's something so nice and simple and old-fashioned about them.

@Einhornbaby, was the Gymkhana sold with her in Germany too or have you imported those accessories? I have never managed to discover if they were sold on the continent as well...

Nope there isnt a german name to it even. I have imported them back then

I have CF Butterscotch in my herd already with FF otw. I think she's adorable. I'm a big fan of collector pose ponies.

I ahve regular Butterscotch, repro Butterscotch and Italy butterscotch x2 (one rehaired SLH style, and one with her original hair) ^w^

The first eight (including Peachy and Lemon Drop) were named for their colors not their symbols (although Blossom and Lemon Drop's symbols are related to their names), so the symbols were simply random happy things, like butterflies!

You're right. I never noticed that.

I prefer G3 Butterscotch, she's got extraordinarily pretty colors, is in a cute pose and has a great symbol that matches her name.

Butterscotch was the first G1 I ever got, when I started to collect G1 back in 2014.

Funny, I love the collector pose! I hope to get at least 1of each.

Have.  I love all of the Collector Ponies, they've pretty special considering their legacy.  Butterscotch is especially pretty, IMHO.
